A deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by us.
The full balance must be paid by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit retained.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the start date, you will not be charged beyond your deposit.
Cancellations less than 30 days before the start date may be subject to additional fees.
If we cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit.
Packages include accommodation, Muay Thai training, selected meals, local transfers, curated excursions, and optional bike rental.
Flights are not included in any package.
All participants are strongly advised to purchase their own travel and health insurance before the trip, including cover for medical emergencies, cancellations, and accidents.
Eight Escape is not liable for any injury, illness, theft, loss, or damage incurred during your stay. Participation in physical activities (including Muay Thai training, excursions, and bike riding) is entirely at your own risk.
By paying your deposit or full balance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This includes acceptance of the risks involved in participating in physical activities and acknowledgment of your responsibility to obtain personal insurance.
